Tax-Deductible Cash Donations

Lamoni's Annual Civil War Days Living History and Reenactment is an admission-free cultural event and, therefore,
it owes its existance to the voluntary generosity of its patrons and of the community in general.

Many of the event's needs are satisfied by donations-in-kind (of both material and labor), however,
many crucial needs can only be met with cash.
For this reason, we ask for your generous financial support.

Donations of more than $100
One of Civil War Days' sponsors, the Decatur County Development Corporation (DCDC), has 501(c)3 tax status which means that donations of $100.00 or more made to "DCDC" on behalf of Civil War Days can be identified as a charitable contribution for tax purposes.

Donations of less than $100
Make checks out directly to "Civil War Days."
